Technical & Design Supervision
· Monitoring conformity of executed construction and installation works with the approved design.
· Verification of compliance with building technologies and regulations (Spanish CTE code – Código Técnico de la Edificación).
· Quality control of construction materials and structural elements on-site.
· Logging of defects and monitoring of their immediate rectification.
· Coordination of rapid drawing modifications in real-time without halting construction processes.
Interior Design
· Development of layout solutions and space zoning plans.
· Creation of photorealistic 3D renderings of future interiors.
· Preparation of a complete working drawings package for the construction crew (electrical plans, plumbing layouts, wall elevations).
· Sourcing and specification of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and sanitaryware.
· Design of custom-made cabinet furniture and bespoke millwork.
Pre-Purchase Technical Audit
· On-site inspection by an engineer in Valencia for a comprehensive assessment before property acquisition.
· Technical assessment of structural elements, load-bearing capacity, and existing utility networks.
· Consultation with an architect regarding the legal and technical feasibility of future replanning or renovation.
· Preparation of a preliminary high-level estimate for the upcoming renovation works.
· Fee: €250. Upon signing a renovation contract with DOMOOBRAS, the full amount will be credited as an advance payment for the works.
