Do I need to supervise the renovation work in person?
There is no need for that. A qualified project manager (a site supervisor with an engineering or architectural background) is assigned to every property to fully oversee the process. You will regularly receive detailed photo and video updates, and you can also monitor the renovation in real-time via online cameras directly from your phone.
Do you work only with your own materials?
We adapt to your needs. We can fully handle the procurement, logistics, and supply of all materials on a turnkey basis, or work with the finishing materials that you choose and purchase independently.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer complete flexibility. We accept payments via bank transfer and cash, in strict compliance with current Spanish legislation and tax regulations.
How can I get a 3D interior design project for FREE?
We provide a complete design project as a gift when you order a comprehensive (turnkey) renovation with us. Since the average market value of this service is around €35/m², this offers a very significant and welcome saving for your budget.
What kind of guarantee do you provide for the completed works?
We provide a solid, official guarantee of up to 3 years, which is legally bound in our contract. If any warranty issue arises during this period, our technical team will promptly resolve it completely free of charge.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. In addition to the free design project with a comprehensive renovation, we offer custom terms and discounts depending on the volume of construction work, as well as special bonuses for clients who come to us through referrals.
How will I know how much material needs to be purchased?
Our technical specialist compiles an exact and transparent calculation of everything required. All rough/building materials (cement, plaster, pipes, cables) are already included in our basic estimate—we handle their purchase and delivery. As for finishing materials (tiles, laminate, sanitaryware), we will provide you with a precise schedule specifying the exact quantities needed.
Can the estimate change during the renovation process?
The price locked into the official contract remains unchanged. We prepare highly detailed estimates to completely rule out any unpleasant surprises. The cost can only change in one scenario: if you personally decide to add new tasks, change materials, or cancel any previously planned solutions during the project.
